Ölbő is only 10.8 km from Sárvár. So it can be an excellent destination for a bike tour. Especially if we love herbs and alternative medicine. The St. Nicholas Medicinal Herb House and Kneipp Garden is located in Ölbő. There are plenty of herbs grown here, which are of course also packed and sold. Incidentally, many of these products can also be purchased from us at the Tourinform Office. So if you would like to take home a local product made in the area, you can also choose from herbal teas, syrups, honeys and oils. But this is only a fraction of the supply. You can see the full product list below. Returning to Ölbő: if you’ve already looked around the herb house, take a walk or two along the Kneipp Garden walking route. Plus look at the local fishing lake. We think it will be good to rest here before you go back to Sárvár. If you take a trip by bike, you can rent conventional and electric bikes at the Tourinform Office. With which you can even go to Szeleste, which borders Ölbő. Here, be sure to check out the Festetich Castle garden, the local arboretum.
